У статті проаналізовано правові аспекти регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств. Розглянуто основні органи державної влади і органи місцевого самоврядування, їх вплив на регулювання ЗЕД. Досліджено значення розвитку правової основи державного регулювання ЗЕД.
